What is the difference between UTP (CAT5E) and UTP (CAT5E-350Mhz Rated)

CAT5 is an older standard of cabling. CAT5E is a newer, fully backwards compatible cable, that basically incorporates more twists to the wire pairs, allowing up to 3.5 times higher transmission speeds over that of the older CAT5 cable... i.e. from 100MHz to 350MHz
