Right... so if i connect this to my landline socket then my phone into the phone part... and an extension telephone line in the other which then connects to my modem/router that should work? or would i need another on the end of my extension line?

Response by Rob
that should work...

cannot tell from the pic.. but i assume this has a normal phone plug into the wall socket.. and then a normal phone out and a smaller rj11? out.

Yes

You need one of these on every socket on your DSL line, regardless of whether there's a phone on it. if you dont, you'll get dropped packets and the speed will decrease dramatically. My connection was at 10KBs rather than 60, since i only had one of these where there was a 'phone and for the modem, hope it helps

Will they be back in stock soon?

Comment by Will

One splitter needs to go in every phone socket that is used so modem noises dont get mixed with phone noises...
