? single-sided chip by Manoj
I have a Packard Bell iMedia 5075 with a Nova (MS6367) V1.0 µATX motherboard. It has 3 DIMM slots and the 3rd one cannot handle double-sided memory chips wery well (drops the speed to 200 Mhz if a double-sided chip inserted into the DIMM3 slot).
I have a double sided memory chip on the 1st slot, therefore looking for 2 single-sided chips (512MB is the max they can handle) for the second and third DIMM slots.
Just wondered if you got anything suitable please ?
Manoj.

Ive got an AMD Athlon XP 2000+ on an Abit KX7-333R mobo, with one stick of 512 MB PC2700 DDR SDRAM (generic) I cant afford to upgrade yet (grubby student) but wanted another stick. ive checked out MEM-512-2700V4, MEM-512-2700V and MEM-512-DDR-270 and im not sure which I need. Are there any problems with mixing 4/6 layer? Computers 6years old… any suggestions?
